Perfect getaway for a family experience

We had an lovely experience, the staff even surprised us with a lovely birthday cake for my kid! Plus,, the villa's private pool was amazing and perfect for those family moments.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience was worth it.

The villa we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, but

the service at the restaurant left a bit to be desired. While the accommodations were impeccable, we faced delays during meal times and issues with food availability. Overall, the experience was good, but improvements in dining service are needed.

While the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the beach left much to be desired, and the food options were somewhat limited. The villa was comfortable and modern, but the overall charm felt lacking, especially in comparison to other resorts nearby that emphasize better beach experiences.

I especially appreciated the personalized service from Gregory, my butler, who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The ocean view from my balcony was stunning, allowing me to relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

However, the time taken for food delivery could improve.

Good vibes, but a few hiccups

So we just spent 3 nights here with the fam. The staff was super friendly, and the Two Bedroom Ocean Suite with Pool was clean and comfy. Loved the welcome sweets, even though we had to deal with ants. But man, breakfast was a disaster—showed up at 8:45 and almost nothing was left. If you're planning to stay, hit breakfast early!

We had an unforgettable stay! The staff went above and beyond for my mom, accommodating her wheelchair needs with such care. The only hiccup was the slow service at the restaurant. Overall, a beautiful experience! 🌴

The culinary scene has some seriously tasty Filipino dishes on deck, especially those refreshing mango and Buco shakes. Plus, the staff? Always smiling and ready to lend a hand, which totally made our experience better.

However, we did hit a few bumps along the way. The key card system was a headache, and waiting for food delivery stretched our patience—sometimes taking over two hours! And the kayak activity? A 30-minute wait for assistance made us rethink our plans!

I had an incredible vacation experience! The ocean view villa with a private pool was stunning, and the food was a delightful 5-star, especially Chef Weng’s dishes. I loved the fresh coconuts brought to us by a friendly staff member who climbed a tree—totally unexpected! While the breakfast quality dipped after 8:30 am, the overall dining was still excellent. I’d definitely choose this place again!
